Update on Orders and Returns

Soooooo, here we go again.

First of all, we want to say a massive thank you to all our beautiful customers and artists for making Neighbourhood Store such a success in 2020 despite the lockdowns. We feel truly blessed to be surrounded by such talent and such a supportive community Thank YOU!

As we are back to home schooling the kids, and getting our heads around multiplying fractions again, we're keeping the online store open for postal deliveries only at the moment. Of course, we'll be hatching plans and changing the window displays (probably move the shop around again a few times) in between, but for now we need to keep things simple. You understand, right? Of course. Keep an eye on our social media for further updates.

Before Christmas we launched our 'No Regrets Policy'. In a nutshell, we simply never, ever, never want anyone to regret a purchase from our little shop. If you have purchased a Christmas gift in-store and you need to change or return it, please drop us an email to info@neighbourhoodstore.co.uk and we will sort you right out. If you feel you would rather wait until we are open again, that's cool, too. Provided you simply follow our standard returns terms we'll see you right. No regrets. When that time comes we'll announce the how's and when's.
